Our Programs

Aiming to build a cross-generational community, we focus on programming that will connect and establish a network of Asian American women. 

High School 
Youth Leadership Program (YLP)

A group mentoring program specifically tailored to the cultural and developmental needs of underserved Asian American female high school students.

One-on-one Mentorship
Program

This new program will pair young professionals with mature professionals to build positive relationships and inspire confident leadership.

Asian American Women in Leadership Conference (AAWIL)

Since 2004, the AAWIL Conference has been the only leadership conference in the nation dedicated to Asian American female students and professionals.

Youth Leadership Program

Year-long program specifically tailored to the needs of Asian American high school women. Recognizing that young Asian American women have specific cultural and developmental needs, the YLP curriculum focuses on building identity, encouraging self-confidence, and developing leadership skills.

Mentorship Program

*LAUNCHING JAN. 2018

A new initiative that aims to connect Asian American females through a one-on-one Mentorship match, launching in late 2017. This program will pair young professionals with mature professionals and aims to build positive relationships, develop professional skills, and inspire confident leadership.

AAWIL Conference

SPRING 2018

The Asian American Women in Leadership Conference is the only conference in the nation dedicated to Asian American female students and professionals. Since 2004, the Conference has been engaging more than 150 Asian American women annually in workshops and discussions that explore various aspects of leadership.
