Youth Leadership Program

A group mentoring program tailored to the cultural and developmental needs of under-served female Asian American high school students.

Conference

Since 2004, the AAWIL Conference has been the only leadership conference in the nation dedicated to Asian American female students and professionals.

Youth Leadership Program

WINTER TO SUMMER

A year-long program specifically addressing the needs of Asian American high school girls. Recognizing that young Asian American women have specific cultural and developmental needs, the Youth Leadership Program's curriculum focuses on building identity, encouraging self-confidence, and developing leadership skills.

Our Mentorship Program pairs college students and recent graduates with professionals, using a growth framework to build positive relationships, develop professional skills, and inspire confident leadership.

AAWIL Conference

FALL

The AAWIL Conference is an interactive event aimed at growing and developing leadership skills for hundreds of attendees. The program includes a keynote address, small group activities, networking opportunities, workshops, and training sessions. Conference participants range from high school students to seasoned professionals.

YEAR-ROUND

A series of events that enables our leaders to give back to organizations in the Greater Boston area. Our goal is to inform our volunteers about local organizations and their needs while building new connections.
